Meet Our Team

Dillie is our Community Leader. She works tirelessly - often behind the scenes - to keep our program successful. She oversees our community as a moderator and encourager. You will often find Dillie supporting with tech issues, app issues, and all things member support.  



As the Director of Operations and an Onboarding Coach for H3@Home, Tori leads our well sessions, Transformation calls and helps steer the H3@Home ship. She is a past guest of Hilton Head Health and is thrilled to be able to help people change their lives and accomplish their goals by taking one small step at a time.

David is a senior advisor to the H3 at Home coaching team. David is the Program Director of the Hilton Head Health resort. David acts as the liaison between the destination retreat program and the remote program.

Head Coach Sara has a BS in Exercise Science, a Certified Personal Trainer, and is a  NASM Certified Behavioral Change Specialist She is also a former intern at H3 which is where her journey all began! She is a positive force that loves all things fitness and wellness.

Coach Fran is a Registered Nurse, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and holds certification as a Certified Behavior Modification Specialist and a Weight Management Specialist.  Her approach is one of design, goal setting, accountability and repeat.

Coach Lilah is a Registered Nurse with experience using Applied Behavior Analysis; she also continues to work part time as a Professional Athletic Coach. Her expertise is in mobilizing internal strengths and external resources, and in developing self-management strategies for making sustainable, healthy, behavior changes.

Coach Will holds a coaching certification in Personal Training, Senior Fitness,  Weight Loss Specialty and Fitness Nutrition with NASM, He is also a Level 1 Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, a Spartan Race Coach, and TRX Suspension Training Certified (STC)S. Will understands that your vision of health and success is personal to you, as is your journey.

Coach Vicky is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in psychology.  She is passionate about nutrition and mental wellbeing. She understands that there is no one size that fits all when it comes to changing one's lifestyle and losing weight.

Coach Matt has over 17 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. He holds certification as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist, TRX Suspension Trainer, Functional Movement SYstems Specialist and a Ready State Recovery Specialist. He is also a United States Marine Corp. Veteran. Matt is a wealth of knowledge for anyone looking for lifestyle change.

Coach Betsy is a mom, writer, industrial/organizational psychology consultant, and health coach who strives to help busy individuals blend the commitments of work and life while falling in love with health and wellness habits. She loves coaching members looking to find a better work/life blend. Through her work, she tries to empower people to gain the confidence to make their health and happiness a top priority. 


Coach Rita has a PhD in Public Health, MPH in Health Behavior, and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She has over 30 years of research and practice experience in obesity, eating disorders, mental health, and lifestyle medicine. Rita takes a client-centered evidence-based approach to equip and empower her clients to make lasting lifestyle changes for improving their overall health and well-being.
